It’s a running joke that Architects are forever working on their own houses, and neither of us are an exception.
Joanna’s on her third (and supposedly final) series of works to her house – work that started in October 2023 and is still ongoing at the time of this post (but nearly finished!) This includes some internal reconfiguration, together with some retrofitting work to improve energy performance and deal with some long-standing issues.
We’re going to put together a series on how this was done and the challenges along the way. Here’s a photo from when the work was about to start.
